Service Description
Rivermill is a productivity workspace for managing projects, tasks, budgets, calendars, notes, contacts, files, maps, attendance, and workspaces.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials.
Subscriptions and Payments
Rivermill offers paid subscription plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription access may depend on successful payment confirmation.
Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription through the billing portal if available. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
User Content
Users are responsible for the content they upload or create in Rivermill.
Prohibited Use
Users may not use Rivermill for illegal activity, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, malware, or violation of third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
Rivermill is provided as-is. We are not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or business interruption to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time.
