Rivermill is a productivity workspace that helps users manage projects, tasks, budgets, calendars, notes, files, contacts, maps, attendance, and workspaces.

- account information such as name, email address, and profile photo;
- workspace and productivity data such as tasks, notes, budgets, calendars, contacts, files, attendance records, and map markers;
- billing information processed by Stripe;
- technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and usage logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide and improve Rivermill;
- authenticate users;
- sync user data;
- process subscriptions;
- provide support;
- protect against fraud and abuse.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Rivermill does not store full credit card numbers.
Cloud Drive
Files uploaded by users are stored securely and associated with their account.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers such as Firebase, Stripe, hosting providers, and email providers only as needed to operate the service.
Data Deletion
Users may request account or data deletion by contacting us.
